— The petition states that the decedent was a resident of and died in the State of Pennsylvania possessed of certain personal property, to wit, debts owing to him by a resident of the county of Bronx and State of Hew York. These allegations not being controverted must be accepted as true (Code Civ. Pro., § 2546), and this court therefore has jurisdiction to entertain this proceeding. (Code Civ. Pro., § 2517.)
