Affirming.
This appeal requires a review of the action of the trial court sustaining a demurrer to the answer setting up the title of the husband to land conveyed to him and his wife, for the recited eonsidertaion of $5 cash and other valuables, and for one-half the cost of the improvement thereon paid for by the husband.
