Defendant appeals from a conviction of the offense of possession of heroin, contending the court erred in overruling his objection to admission into evidence of a package of heroin, which was the object of the offense with which he was charged, and of paraphernalia used in making heroin injections, because they were the product of an illegal search and seizure.
