The appellee, Harry P. Qhesebrough, brought suit in this case to recover for personal injuries sustained by him caused by the alleged negligence of one Robert E. Talbott, an al leged servant or employee of the defendant, in the operation of an automobile at o>r near the comer of Baltimore and S'chroedar 'Street® in the city of Baltimore.
