Plaintiffs Betty Perez, Griselda Cantu, Jose Javier Hernandez, Abigail Meza, Christina Marie Lopez and Manuel Cuevas (collectively the “Plaintiffs”) filed this action on May 6, 2008 against Defendant Linda Lemarroy (“Lemarroy”) alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) arising out of the Plaintiffs’ employment relationship with Lemarroy’s business, Joli’s Orthopedic Shoes and Medical Supplies.
