MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
RICHARD J. SULLIVAN, District Judge:
Plaintiff Adebiyi Adeyinka brings this diversity action against Yankee Fiber Control, Inc. (‘Yankee Fiber”), and Aqua-Dyne, Inc. (“Aqua Dyne”), seeking damages under New York law for injuries he allegedly sustained while using a product manufactured by Aqua-Dyne and leased to his employer by Yankee Fiber. Specifically, Adeyinka asserts claims under New York law for strict products liability, failure to warn, negligence, failure to train and negligent entrustment.
