MEMORANDUM OPINION

Floyd L. Williamson, a United States Marine Corps veteran, is one of the many veterans who is dissatisfied, with the medical treatment provided to him by the Department of Veterans Affairs (the “VA”). As a result Mr. Williamson maintains that the VA has failed to comply with 38 U.S.C. § 101 et seq., 38 C.F.R. § 1 et seq., 31 C.F.R..§ 17, and 31 U.S.C. § 3716.
