—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Scarpino, J.), rendered October 19, 1990, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (three counts), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, resisting arrest, and unlawful possession of marihuana, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
