OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

MILLER, Judge.

After appellant’s motions to suppress and to disclose the identity of the informer were denied, he pled guilty pursuant to a plea bargain before the court to possession of less than 28 grams of methamphetamine, and was sentenced to seventeen years confinement. The conviction was affirmed. Bodin v. State, 782 S.W.2d 258 (Tex.App.—Houston [14th] 1989). We granted appellant’s petition for discretionary review to determine whether the trial court properly refused to order the State to disclose the name of the informer. We will…
