This is an appeal from an order entered in a proceeding under the Post-Conviction Hearing Act. On State and Federal constitutional grounds, appellant Allison Hoffman, acting as his own counsel, filed a petition in which he sought to set aside an armed robbery conviction and a sentence of 15 to 30 years. Appellee State of Illinois moved to dismiss. The trial court sustained the motion and without an evidentiary hearing, denied post-conviction relief.
