Supreme Court of Florida ____________ No. SC17-2050 ____________ THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant, vs. PETER G. HERMAN, Respondent. June 18, 2020 PER CURIAM. We have for review a referee’s report recommending that Respondent, Peter G. Herman, be found guilty of professional misconduct and suspended from the practice of law for eighteen months. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 15, Fla. Const. As discussed below, we remand this case to the referee for further proceedings and reconsideration in light of this opinion and for the filing of an amended report.
