OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

The trial court revoked appellant’s three-year felony probation after it found, at a revocation hearing, that she had unlawfully possessed amphetamine. The order of revocation was affirmed by the Court of Appeals for the Second Supreme Judicial District. See Voelkel v. State, 629 S.W.2d 243 (Tex.App.1982—Ft. Worth). We granted appellant’s petition for discretionary review in order to examine the Court of Appeals’ holding that the search of appellant’s belongings which uncovered the illegal con*315traband was valid under…
