OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITIONS FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW
OVERSTREET, Judge.
The appellant, Ray Moberg, was convicted on his plea of guilty to two separate charges of sexual assault of a child, and assessed punishment by the trial court at consecutive twenty year terms of confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. On direct appeal to the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio, appellant challenged the trial court’s rulings in denying his motions to suppress evidence seized from a motel room wherein he had been a guest.
