HULL, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss [4-1]. The Court accepts Plaintiffs allegations as true for purposes of reviewing Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.
I. FACTS
Plaintiff New England Company is in the business of providing lease financing to its customers. To facilitate this business, Plaintiff obtained a $500,000 line of credit from Button Gwinnett National Bank in 1991.
