Humberto Rodriguez appeals an order denying his request for a belated appeal pursuant to State v. District Court of Appeal, First District, 569 So.2d 439 (Fla. 1990). Although Mr. Rodriguez's judgment and sentence were entered prior to the supreme court's decision in First District, he waited more than two years after that decision to file his "petition for writ of habeas corpus."…
