Appellant, jointly with four others, was indicted and convicted of the grand larceny of the meat of a hog. The defense was that the animal was the property of one of the defendants, and not of Goza, as charged in the indictment, and that if actually the property of Goza, the defendants at the time had good reason to believe and did believe that it was the property of one of the defendants rather than of some other person.
