MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is currently before the court on the plaintiffs motion to remand this action to the Circuit Court of Washington County, Arkansas, and the defendants’ response thereto.
On December 15, 1995, Janet Gilmer, filed this putative class action 1 on behalf of herself and all other similarly situated individuals throughout the United States who have purchased home videos, namely “The Lion King” and “Little Mermaid,” produced and distributed by the defendants.
