Appellant Geoffrey Spencer Hauer was convicted of driving while intoxicated (DWI). See Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 49.04(a), 49.09(a) (West Supp.2014). In his first three issues, appellant challenges the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress. In his fourth and final issue, appellant challenges the trial court’s denial of his request for a jury instruction on improperly obtained evidence under article 88.23, Code of Criminal Procedure. We affirm.
