Osborne Associates, Inc., d/b/a Generations Salon Services (Generations) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) holding, on remand, that Barbara P. Levicke (Claimant) was an employee of Generations and, thus, eligible for unemployment compensation benefits. 3 Generations contends that the Board erred in holding that Claimant, who worked as a substitute cosmetologist on eight occasions over the course of 2008, was its employee rather than an independent contractor.
