A brief statemént of the case must be made, to be supplemented later by a fuller statement of the issues and facts pertinent to each contention considered and decided.

In the court below; four indictments were found against the plaintiffs in error, Benjamin D. Greene and John F. Gajmor, who will hereafter be called the “defendants.” One of the indictments, No. 477, was dismissed, and need not be mentioned again.
