Powder Springs Holdings, LLC and others1 (collectively “Powder Springs”) appeal from the trial court’s order confirming the nonjudicial foreclosure sale of certain real property (the “Property”) by appellee RL BB ACQ II-GA PSH, LLC (“RL BB”).
