Respondent (wife) petitioned the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District in and for the County of Missoula, *257State of Montana, for a decree of dissolution of marriage. Findings of fact, conclusions of law, decree and judgment were entered March 26, 1982. Appellant (husband) moved for a new trial on April 6, 1982. On May 19, 1982, the District Court entered an amended decree and husband appeals.
