The Director of Revenue appeals from a circuit court judgment reinstating Roy Singleton’s driving privileges following a suspension for driving while intoxicated. The Director contends Mr. Singleton failed to present sufficient evidence to rebut the prima facie showing that he drove while intoxicated. We reverse the circuit court’s judgment.
