¶1 Dan Ensey appeals from orders issued by the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, dismissing his claim against Colorado Casualty for advance medical payments and living expenses. One issue is dispositive of Ensey’s appeal: Whether the District Court correctly determined that Colorado Casualty provided Ensey with a reasonable explanation for its denial of his claim for advance payments. We affirm.
