MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Defendant Guyan Heavy Equipment, Inc. (“Guyan Heavy Equipment”) filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, R. 25, in this employment discrimination case. Plaintiff Bill Hackworth claims that Guyan Heavy Equipment terminated his employment as a salesman because of his age and because he had filed a worker’s compensation claim, and he further alleges that Guyan Heavy Equipment engaged in outrageous conduct toward him.
