OPALA, Justice.

Two questions are presented: (1) Is Marjorie Patmon’s [Patmon’s] appeal untimely for review of the summary judgment in favor of Mercy Health Center, Inc. [the hospital] 1 on Patmon’s negligent hiring and credentialing claim? and (2) Should this appeal for review of the summary judgment for Mary F. Block, M.D. [Dr. Block] on Patmon’s medical malpractice claim be dismissed as untimely? 2 We answer the first question in the affirmative and the second in the negative.
