Invoking this court’s diversity jurisdiction, Matthew O’Brien, a Connecticut resident, brings this negligence action against Okemo Mountain, Inc. (“Okemo”) for injuries he suffered at Okemo’s ski facility in Ludlow, Vermont, on January 15, 1996. Okemo now moves to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), or in the alternative, to transfer this case to the District of Vermont pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
