The defendant1 appeals from his conviction, after a trial to the court, on two informations, each charging the infraction of creating a public disturbance in violation of General Statutes § 53a-181a. The two charges arose out of incidents occurring on separate days, June 14,1985, and June 15,1985,2 respectively.
