*513Kathleen M. Waddell ("defendant") appeals from judgment quieting title in favor of Donna Simmons ("plaintiff"), defendant's neighbor, to a thirty-foot-wide strip of land known as the Driveway Corridor, located adjacent to their respective properties. In this case, the parties argue that rights to the Driveway Corridor were at varying times implied by necessity, created by deed, completely forgotten, and seemingly reclaimed.
