Plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the business its name implies. On November 10, 1914, it leased from the owners, Nellie and John Winn, the following described land located in Oakland county near the city of Pontiac:

“The farm known as the Winn farm, on sections three and four in said township of Bloomfield, being on east side of Saginaw turnpike and containing fifty acres more or less. Parties of the first part reserve the wood lot.”

Exclusive of the wood lot, the Winn farm consisted of about 55 acres of cultivated land with customary farm buildings upon it. It was near plaintiff’s main…
