Petitioner, a U.S. Air Force sergeant stationed abroad, filed a petition in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis seeking (1) dissolution of her marriage to respondent, a Georgia resident (2) custody of their minor son, (3) child support, (4) maintenance for herself, (5) an equitable division of the marital property, and (6) attorney’s fees and costs.
