BRECKENRIDGE, Judge.

Ina Carole London appeals from the denial of her motion to vacate a decree of dissolution of marriage entered on June 29, *311984. She claims that the trial court erred in denying her motion because it was without jurisdiction to grant a decree of dissolution since thirty days had not expired from the filing of the petition to the date when the decree was entered. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
