Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment brought by Defendants Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine (“Touro”) and Jerry Cammarata, the Dean of Student Affairs at Touro (collectively, “Defendants”) against Plaintiff Michael Maximilian Wolfgang Roggenbach (“Plaintiff’).
