Farris v. Field

C.E. Farris (“Farris”), a building contractor, filed a small claims action against Rachel Field (“Field”) demanding delivery of a certificate of title to a Saab car in partial payment for home construction services. Field successfully moved to transfer the case to the regular civil docket, and filed an answer and counterclaim. Farris amended his complaint.
