McCLOSKEY, Senior Judge.
Fiore Auto Service and Michael Fiore (collectively Fiore) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Alegheny County (trial court), dismissing Fiore’s appeals and reinstating the permanent suspension of Fiore’s safety inspection certifications as ordered by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Motor Vehicles (Department). We affirm.
