Habeas Corpus. On May 24, 1921, in the Circuit Court of St. Charles County, the petitioner was convicted of highway robbery and sentenced to the penitentiary for seven years, where he was confined until July 12, 1923, when he was released by the Governor commuting his sentence to a parole on the following conditions:
