Marvin Podemski appeals the trial court’s entry of summary judgment ih favor of Praxair, Inc. (“Praxair”) and Antibus Scales & Systems, Inc. (“Antibus”) and' the denial of his motion to correct error. Podemski raises two issues which we revise and restate as whether the, court erred in entering summary judgment in favor of Praxair and Antibus (together, the “Defendants”) and abused its discretion in denying his motion to correct error. We affirm.
