CHAPEL, Judge.

1 1 Cheryl Lynn Bell was tried by jury and convicted of two counts of First Degree Misdemeanor Manslaughter in violation of 21 0.8.2001, § 711(1), in the District Court of Grady County, Case No. CF-2004-196. In accordance with the jury's recommendation the Honorable Richard G. Van Dyck sentenced Bell to two sentences of five years imprisonment, to run consecutively. Bell appeals from these convictions and sentences and raises seven propositions of error.
