On February 21,1930, in the municipal court of Chicago, plaintiffs recovered a judgment against defendant Stella Andraeki in the sum of $2,446.50. On March 3, 1930, a writ of execution was issued by the clerk and delivered to the bailiff, who, on March 12, 1930, left a copy thereof with defendant Stella Andraeki and made a 'demand thereon. On March 2, 1937, scire facias proceedings were instituted in the municipal court of Chicago to revive said judgment and defendant Stella Andraeki was personally served with summons in said…
