■It is conceded that the appellee association never , filed in the office of the recorder of deeds of Cook county the certificate of organization issued by the Secretary of State, as required'by section 3 of the Homestead Loan Associations act. (Hurd’s Stat. 1913, p. 588.) In the case of People v.
