The Franklin County Building & Loan Association filed a bill to foreclose a mortgage, to the May term, A. D. 1927, of the circuit court of Franklin county. The amended bill alleges that the complainant was a building and loan association organized under the laws of 1879 and amendments thereto. The bill further alleges that on the 12th day of November, A. D. 1921, D. W. Blood became a member -of said association and subscribed for twelve shares of the capital stock; that certificates of stock were issued to him for said shares, that on the same day he became indebted to complainant in the sum…
