Plaintiff, Steven Hussey, (“plaintiff’ or “Hussey”), brought this action in the Rhode Island Superior Court sitting in Providence County against Quebecor Printing Providence, Inc., (“Quebecor”) and Providence Newspaper Printing Pressman’s Union No. 12 Graphic Communications International Union (the “Union”), (collectively, “defendants”), after Quebecor terminated his employment at its Providence printing plant.
