Cora M. Langan brought an action in the Municipal Court of Chicago against the plaintiff in error, Chicago City Eailway Company, to recover damages for injuries claimed to have been sustained by her by being pushed from the street car of the company by another woman, a passenger on the same car at the time. The date of the occurrence was September 4, 1906, at about four o’clock in the afternoon.
