EVANS, Chief Justice.

The appellant, Linda Lou Martin, complains of an order of partition entered by Probate Court No. 2 of Harris County, Texas. The appellee, Ellen Frances Martin, as independent executrix of the estate of Joe Mack Martin, deceased, filed an application for partition and distribution of the decedent’s community estate.
