A bill for an injunction under the Prohibition act (Laws of 1921, p. 681,) was filed in the circuit court of Lake county on September 20, 1921, in the name of the State of Illinois, by Ashbel V. Smith, State’s attorney of that county, against Edward Froelich, Minnie Rosenberg and Andreas Rosenberg.
