Plaintiff appeals by leave granted from an order of the Iron County Circuit Court which determined that the law of the State of Wisconsin would apply to the substantive issues in this litigation.

The litigation arose out of a fatal automobile collision which occurred on September 3, 1982, in Catawba Township, Wisconsin. Plaintiffs decedents, Henry Stier Iler and Mary Lou Iler, who were both Minnesota residents, were driving to northern Michigan via Wisconsin. Maureen Briggs was a passenger in the Iler vehicle.
