MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

RANDOLPH BAXTER, Chief Judge.

This matter before the Court is the motion of the Chapter 7 Trustee, Steven S. Davis (the “Trustee ”) for an order requir ing Sonia Tatum-Charlemagne (the “Debtor ”) to turnover certain non-exempt assets (the “Motion”). The Debtor opposes the Trustee’s Motion.
