This matter comes before the Court on four motions for partial summary judgment brought by Investment Corporation of America (“ICA”) and 704 HTL Operating, LLC (“704-ABQ” or “the hotel”) (collectively, the “Defendants”). (Does. 83, 84, 85, 86).
