Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Jaspan, J.), dated September 26, 1980, which granted the defendant’s motion to suppress certain physical evidence and dismissed two indictments against him. Order reversed, on the law, motion to suppress denied, and Indictment Nos. 1127-80 and 1183-80 reinstated.
