TAMM, Circuit Judge:

Leon E. Barnum petitions this court for review of an order of the National Transportation Safety Board (Board) 1 suspend ing his commercial pilot certifícate for 150 days. See Appendix (App.) at 49, 55. Petitioner does not contest the fact of his violations of flight rules, but he argues that the sanction imposed for the violations was an abuse of discretion and not in accordance with law. We affirm the Board’s order.
